Delete your account
You can delete your Rindr account and the personal data linked to it. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open the Rindr mobile app or web app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm by typing DELETE when prompted.
Web app: https://www.rindr.app/app/ (sign in → Settings → Delete account).
Option 2 — Request by email
If you cannot access your account, email privacy@rindr.app from the email address or phone number linked to your account.
Include:
- Subject: Account deletion request
- The email and/or phone number on the account
- Your display name (if you remember it)
- A clear request to delete the account and associated data
We will verify ownership, then delete or irreversibly anonymise your account data. Support: support@rindr.app.

What gets deleted
Profile information, photos/albums, messages associated with your account, location history tied to your profile, and related account records — subject to legal, safety, and fraud-prevention retention where required.
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Limited records may be kept longer when required by law or to prevent abuse.
Purchases
In-app purchases managed by Google Play or the App Store are subject to those stores’ refund and billing policies. Deleting your Rindr account does not automatically cancel or refund store purchases.
